The construction area of the National Motorcycle Quality Supervision and Testing Center (Chongqing) is 10000㎡, and the testing lab takes 8500㎡ among the total area. It owns a 1.5 km-1ong performance test road for motorcycle noise. The center has l87 sets of main test equipments，among them some key testing equipments including motorcycle emission analyzer, chassis dynamometer, EMC and its testing equipments were imported from Japan, Austria, USA and Germany respectively. The anti-mold of instrument and electrical component and storage battery testing room is the only one in current domestic motorcycle testing industry.

The center is the approval laboratory by China National Accreditation Board for Laboratories (CNAL). It is the national motorcycle testing center authorized by General Administration for Quality Supervision and the testing organization for motorcycle compulsive approval(3C) authorized by Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China. It is also the testing organization authorized by National Production License Office for lead-acid batteries, small gasoline engine(general motor), petrol power bicycle, electric power bicycle, and the quality testing organization authorized by Bureau of Technical Supervision of Quality of Chongqing for whole motorcycle, engine, general motor, power bicycle, and part and component.

The center can conduct all the compulsory tests for motorcycle. It carries out certification and tests about CE, EPA, DOT, E-mark and Europe emission standard, and also carries on relevant standard formulation and revision.
